By accessing or using the Landproov platform, website, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Landproov provides property verification, monitoring, and management services for property owners and investors, particularly Nigerians in the diaspora. Services include but are not limited to: property verification visits, project monitoring, document verification, and related reporting.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Service fees are quoted at the time of enquiry. Payment terms, cancellation, and refund policies are as specified on our Pricing page. All payments must be made via the approved methods provided on the Platform. Landproov reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Landproov or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Landproov reports are based on physical inspections, publicly available records, and information provided by you. While we exercise professional diligence, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of any report. Reports are advisory and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial or legal decisions. You are encouraged to engage qualified professionals (lawyers, surveyors, etc.) for independent advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landproov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Landproov is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
